The game was built by Behaviour Interactive. Hailing from the city of Montreal, Canada, Behaviour Interactive has worked to give a gamified experience. There is a revisit by fan favourites Samwell Tarly, Catelyn Stark, Jon Snow, Cersei Lannister, and others. Right now, you can get it on Steam as early access to KingsRoad. 

Gameplay

Gameplay for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is regular hack and slash with heavy involvement of magical elements. Use your skills, engage in combat, and kill enemies to get stronger in Kingsroad.

The combat system for GOT Kingsroad is the same as other hack-and-slash games. Focus on ways to parry or dodge opponents in Westeros. It is entirely based on skill, and you will face increasingly difficult enemies when you progress in Kings Road. 

Plot

You are a young heir from an unnoticed house in the north, the House Tyer. Embark on a journey to Westeros. Find your way through the exploits of Jon Snow and the Schemes of House Bolton. 

The game follows the same story as the original series of Game of Thrones. You will see frequent cameos of fan favourite characters. This will induce a sense of nostalgia for Kingsroad.

Styles

You can adopt from different styles whichever suits you best. With the best suited for your playstyle. 

• Assassins: With an assassin, you can fight with two shortswords. This playstyle is best suited for faster builds where focus will be on speed and agility. Playstyle looks inspired by Bravosi Assassin. 
• Knight: Knight has the playstyle with a great sword. Great for parry and strike in KingsRoad. This playstyle reminds us of the sword style of Jamie Lannister and ned stark. 
• Sellsword: Sellsword is equipped with axes, giving it a great berserker-like playstyle. While the gameplay looks inspired by the Wildings north of the wall.
